      Pluspunten

      Hr and Manager support is good,If you're working with a client in different location.I have worked for 9 months but never faced any issues from management.

      Minpunten

      Only con is I have been told that, it will be a long term job 1.5-2 yrs atleast but due some uncertain reasons they have laid off with only 40-45 days bench period and have been told only 15 days before that I have been laid off.

      Have been working in this company for 4+ years. Not only were the opportunities provided but also got to learn a lot that helped in steep growth of my career. Also have worked in both India and US locations and had great experience at both places.

      Pluspunten

      It's a fast growing organization. They work on both internal products and client projects. Have some very big clients mainly in North America. Specialized for mobile and cloud app development. They give lot of importance for DESIGN in their applications. I worked there for about 2 years and learned a lot of things in mobile app design. They are very particular about the quality of apps and their user interface and user experience. If you are in UI/UX then you can learn lot here.

      Work life balance has to change. When I joined there was no joining bonus, but you can get relocation bonus. Only few benefits for employees.
