Pluspunten
A lot varies location to location but with my experience management was good and I really liked all my coworkers. The pay isn't very high, but you do learn a lot of useful specialized skills and have trainings for all new devices and equipement. It is paid by the hour but really if you get good at repair you will have freetime to relax unless it's crazy busy(of course we always still got lunch break no matter what). Of course this will also vary per location but I got along very well with management and coworkers. Probably one of the best jobs I've ever had.
Minpunten
Customers, customers, customers. I could write a book with the amount of crazy things I've heard from customers. One lady claimed that there were "micro-explosions" inside her phone that caused the screen to break on it's own and she wanted us to fix it for free lol. Also a good amount of Playstations would come in with roach problems and people got upset when we told them we couldn't fix a roach infested device (we eventually had to start taking pictures). Unless you're at a location that's doing really well financially it's unlikely you'll be getting a raise. I also had to get parts from other locations multiple times and was not subsidized for gas money.
