It's unfortunate that top management decided on a whim to reduce the work from home days, without giving the staff enough time to organise our lives (around child-care, logistics of going to and from an office, when your home life has been organised a certain way for years). they announced it just before christmas, effective Jan 1. Not a good look. There arent enough meeting rooms, the cafeterias are packed and run out of food, the parking lot gets full before 9am, everyone is taking Teams calls at their desks, the noise level has skyrocketed, and i dont feel more productive. Too bad.
