I would like to acknowledge that senior colleagues are extremely helpful, supportive, and willing to guide juniors in their career growth. Their efforts are commendable, but unfortunately, their contributions are overshadowed by the lack of vision and poor decision-making at the top management.
Minpunten
The CTO knows nothing about technology, spends all her time micromanaging, shouting at the team, and killing morale. Interns are hired and expected to handle projects without any support.
They take interview for backend developer roles, but once someone joins, they are shifted to QA or testing without their consent. Most hiring is done purely on references, even if the person has nothing to do with IT.
The CEO has no roadmap or vision and always focus on his personal PR values and now these days is more focused on roaming around with his secretary than on building the company. They have misused company resources to live a luxurious lifestyle, while at the same time telling employees the company is running at a loss.
Employees are even demanded to post positive reviews on social media to build a fake image of the company. In reality, the entire company is being run by just three senior people, and everything else is falling apart.
