The culture is collaborative, the people are talented and driven, and the day-to-day atmosphere reflects that. Mi experiencia en weVLC ha sido muy buena. Lo que más destacaría es el equipo: personas cercanas, colaborativas y siempre dispuestas a ayudarte y enseñarte. Desde el primer día me hicieron sentir cómodo/a y parte del equipo. Tuve la oportunidad de trabajar en proyectos reales relacionados con gestión financiera y administrativa, lo que me permitió aprender muchísimo a nivel práctico. No eran tareas repetitivas sin importancia, sino trabajo que realmente aportaba valor. Además, el ambiente es profesional pero a la vez muy cercano, con buena comunicación y espacio para preguntar, aprender y crecer. Sinceramente, no es tan fácil encontrar unas prácticas donde te sientas tan valorado/a. La recomendaría sin ninguna duda a cualquiera que quiera unas prácticas en las que de verdad pueda aprender y desarrollarse.
