Long internship period: The internship lasts 6 months, which feels quite long given the low compensation. 3. Micromanagement: The work environment involves significant micromanagement, which makes it difficult to work independently. 4. Lack of senior developers: The company mainly relies on junior developers and interns. There are very few (if any) experienced senior developers to provide proper guidance or mentorship. 5. No proper code review process: There is essentially no structured code review. The general attitude seems to be “don’t touch it if it works.” 6.
