The company culture is old fashioned and conservative. There is a lot of importance and remark on hierarchies. Don't think this type of culture fits on an European office. The workload was quite heavy and even with many people burnout was not much of a sense of urgency on hiring new people and change some of their work system to make it more efficient. What was created 4 or 5 or 10 years ago that was the way to move forward for them. So much use of paper and printing, archiving on hardcopy.
