Fantastic colleagues, great company culture focused on delivering value where you have room to grow and work on really interesting cutting edge technologies, trying to solve day-by-day problems. Management and teams are really understanding and patience and respectful of the personal free time. We do a lot of parties and when it comes to KPI and bonus, it's easy to sit at the table and speak with the people that have a direct impact on your carrier progression.
Minpunten
It's a really fast and experimental environment where you need for pilot projects to wear many hats, and this can be a bit overwhelming since there can be many hiccups, but on the other hand you have a direct impact on the success of those projects and this is basically a call to take responsibility.
