I went through an extensive interview process with this company, including four interviews and two online assessment tests. Despite investing significant time and effort, my follow-up emails were ignored. I eventually used a special technique to obtain feedback, but it was vague and unhelpful. At least, a feedback on the online assessment tests' results should have been provided. The lack of communication and transparency, and inefficient and lengthy interview process made the experience really disappointing, especially given the company culture that they described and are proud of.
