The interview process comprised of a floor interview and a group interview. The Floor interview was mainly to assess your skills to handle various aisles, finding out various items, arranging them, handling customers, etc.
Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
