I received a phone call asking me to attend an assessment day this involved various group activities, a walk around the site and individual interviews. The group activities was fairly simple and involved things such as describing how you should deal with specific situations which are likely to arise in the role, such as a demanding customer.

Ok. A lot of questions though and they don’t really seem relevant to the position. Not sure why you get asked when you’ve gone above and beyond to be honest
