First there was a phone interview with the hiring manager to assess experience and fit.
After that we scheduled a short standardized skills test with feedback and discussion immediately following. Next there was 2 weeks of paid group training with other potential hirees, then a final interview including role-play.

Took skills based test and was contacted shortly after passing. After an informational interview, there was a mock lesson interview. After that, sitting for a full length SAT or ACT, then offered position once I met the required score.
They ask you to take some sample SAT questions, followed by a brief phone chat and then a longer interview. They also ask you to prepare a mini-lesson as part of the interview process.
