Basic interview with the manager, talked about past experiences and personal skills, the manager asked if I was proficient in English and basically was all he focused on for the next 20 minutes, a brief discussion of the job requirements that he went through but no details.

It was very fast and straightforward. First round was with direct manager, Second round was with the senior manager. Paper test will be given on the spot during the first round of interview.
