The hiring process typically begins with an online assessment, followed by a thorough interview involving two engineers. Once an offer is extended and accepted, the next step is team matching, ensuring a good fit within the organization. This multi-step approach helps in selecting candidates who not only meet technical requirements but also align with the team's culture and goals.

After passing the online assessment, there will be a 60-minute tech interview and behavior questions. The process is pretty straightforward and quick. It took me a week. And I got the result after two weeks.

I interviewed with the company last September for an internship in SWE. The interviewer was accompanied by a then current intern. I was given an easy Leetcode problem to solve and walk through.
