Screening call with a recruiter, then two video interviews with hiring managers. It seemed like it went well and the interviewers were pleasant but then I got a rejection the next week. I got this only after checking in with them so I'd have expected to have been ghosted otherwise. It was a canned generic rejection email, so that was irritating. There would have been a written assignment as a last step but I didn't get to that point.

1 had 3 remote interviews before being made a job offer. The process moved very quickly. 2 weeks or less from date of first interview to date of job offer.
