The interview process was fairly simple. The lady that interviewed me was super friendly and easy to talk to so that really helped to calm my nerves. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was basic customer service interview questions such as describe an experience with a difficult customer, tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer, why do you want to work from home, etc.

It was very easygoing for the most part. I had a good time talking to the interviewer and answered all the questions based on my experience. I would have gotten an offer but I messed up on the typing portion of the test and have to wait 3 months. I’m fine with that because I know this is a good company.
