The entire interview process was rushed in a day. I got a call in the morning and set up a technical interview. The technical interview was the easiest thing on earth. If you have any understanding of programming or have even taken a simple python tutorial or course online you should be able to pass. I was recommended as a very strong candidate. The recruiter called me an excessive amount of times before each interview to ensure that I would be available at the interview time, until I was asked suddenly asked to move the interview to right now. The recruiter begged me “from the bottom of his heart” that I express enthusiasm and say I want the position. He even gave me specific lines that I should say. I was required to make a Skype account and call the interviewers even though the interviewer didn’t have his camera on and I was told to turn mine off because he didn’t have the internet bandwidth to handle video. The final round interview wasn’t much of an interview. He asked me a couple questions that were repeated from the first interview and then in the middle of my response he interrupted so he could talk for 30 minutes straight about this training program and how difficult it is. Despite this, I was still left with a lot of questions that the interviewer did not seem receptive to because he “didn’t want to get into details”. He would give very lengthy non-answers so I would ask a second or third time, and the interviewer would sometimes simply refuse to answer questions. These were non-intrusive basic questions, so it seems shady that he would avoid them. To pass this final interview, show blind enthusiasm and don’t ask hard questions.

I was contacted through Indeed by a representative offering me a position as a iOS Developer. She scheduled me for a technical interview immediately that covered very basic OOPs concepts. Upon completion of that interview I moved to a HR interview where we discussed the training program for the job.
