1st phase with HR, brief presentation of the company and presentation of myself. 2nd phase with a technical project manager, exploring my professional experience and then evaluation of scrum expertise using situational questions. 3rd and final, with the CEO, summary of myself and final decision. The 3 phases were continuous, the meeting took almost 2h.
