The interview process was well organized, well facilitated, and straightforward. The recruiter was very professional and we were in regular communication throughout the process (which ended up being over a month from start to finish). After the initial screening interview, I was asked to complete an editing test. I provided my work sample and thereafter it was a few weeks before I was contacted for an interview with the hiring team. But the recruiter reached out a couple of times during that period to provide updates, which I found very reassuring. I then had two interviews with the hiring manager and team, which felt very conversational and comfortable. I was offered the job immediately after the second interview. The whole process was very professional and well organized. I should mention it was all done virtually as this is a remote role.
