Applied online and managed to get the attention of a recruiter who scheduled an introductory interview with the hiring manager. That was followed by a panel interview with a code assessment. On the panel interview 2 out of 3 interviewers did not turn their cameras on. Nobody seemed to be real prepared for the interview or real experienced with interviewing. The two recruiters I had been working with both ghosted me after the interview after multiple follow-ups. They were both super quick to respond to set up the interviews, but then nothing. Not even an automated rejection email afterwards. Completely unprofessional.
