I had a phone interview with an internal recruiter. She didn't beat around the bush and we discussed my compensation requirements up front. I appreciated this as it doesn't waste anyone's time if the compensation isn't there. Then I had a video interview it the hiring manager and a person on the team. Followed by a second interview with the hiring manager and a different team member.
