I posted my resume on a job board, and a recruiting company contacted me and asked me if I was interested in a position as an Analyst. I interviewed with the recruiter and then the next week, I interviewed with the bank. Within the same week, I was offered a position at the bank.

Process itself is not hard but takes long time, very basic questions and answer. I did the interview with both department manager and Human Resources. No deep technical questions just 1-2 sql queries. There were a lot of situation questions though
