They were concerned with my availability. Supervisors are required to have fully open availability.
I didn't interview because I was good at my job. I was supposed to even though I was promoted internally. Usually, you have to interview with the district manager before you can hold a department supervisor position. The questions they ask just depend on who your district manager is.
