I applied in early May of 2019, and was required to take a short editing test using Microsoft Word track changes. Over a week later, I was notified I was still being considered for the position. An interview was not set until late June. I interviewed at the office in Milwaukee, and the process took an hour and a half. I was interviewed separately by two senior department members, and was supposed to also be interviewed by a third person, but he was not available. I was told I would hear back soon, but it wasn't contacted until August, over a month later, and it still took a week to even set up a phone call since they kept missing the times they set. The whole process was drawn out and frustrating, and the eventual offer expected an absurd amount of availability for a part time position (expected to come in at any time during the work day with no more than a day's notice). I don't know if this indicates a worrying amount of disorganization or a severe lack of regard for entry-level workers, but either way I would not recommend applying for work at this company.
