1) Phone Screening that was tell about yourself and somewhat technical. 2) In person interview that lasted almost 2 hours that was general questions and white board coding. 3) Received an offer to be an Intern. While it was good pay for an intern, I applied for SE2, and was hoping for at least SE1. They said after 3 months It could be SE1, but I suspect they are hiring many interns to trial and keeping the ones that do well. Which is completely sensible.
