It is a one way interview, don’t really like it. But it’s mostly about bells company culture you need to pass the one way interview to get to the real interview

The interview process included a screening call and a 30ish minute interview with the internship coordinators. The interview was relatively informal, with just a few structured questions about my experiences and resume. They also allowed me to ask a lot about the internship program, so we talked about that for a good amount of time.
