There was a Job Fair that I had attended. Everyone was very nice. Human Resources explained what they wanted from potential candidates and explained the whole process before I was interviewed. After that, they gave me some pamphlets to read about the company until I was next for an on the spot interview. Before the interview, I was asked for a copy of my resume. After the interview they issued an arrhythmia test to see what level I was at at reading them. At the moment they were interested in letting in people with no EKG experience to help them get their foot into the door of the medical field. Once you are offered a job position, there is a two week training trail to see how well you can grasp the job, and then they offer you a more stable position. After that, there's another six weeks worth of training with higher pay that you still have to pass before you're officially hired. Once you're officially hired you need to take the CCT test if you haven't already and then you get your final starting pay raise.

I got a phone call from a hiring manager 2 weeks after applying online on their website. The next day I had an interview. They decided within two days after that. The interview process was very simple. They asked basic questions that are very common in interviews.
