The Interview Process was organized very professionally. Applied Online and I got an email for a phone interview with the Recruiter which was professionally carried out. Then I was invited for an on-site Interview which was also carried out professionally. The agenda was set to have an interview with 7 people 1:1 and 2:1. I would say I have never experienced this good recruiting process what Biogen has to offer. It is the best, ALthough I did not get the offer Because In the feedback I was told that the team had a great time chatting with me but they were looking for a candidate who actually has worked on the process that they were looking for. I will always try to get a job at Biogen Because I respect its values and culture and of course the integrity towards its employees and candidates. PS. Biogen is a place I always want to work for. :) They take the time to respond back to their candidates about the decision and not leave them hanging in the air as other companies do, that being said its a hallmark of a good company.
