But was challenging to deliver the thoughts. High confidence, fluent conversation, and honesty are the keys to crack it well.
It was great experience though. The question were easy and all expected...but it was challenging to deliver the thoughts.

The interview only have 1 stage and they will call 3 candidates at once and the session usually took less than 30 mins. After the interview was done, the recruiter gave me the result immediately and onboarding was very smooth. However, for me, i applied the position approximately 6 months ago and got the interview recently.

3 staged interview, asking about general inormation. previous job experiences. knowledge about tiktok trends , and how it works.
asked whether i can work late shifts, work the weekends, if i understand mena regions' dialects
3 times of interviews with HR and TL.
20% was in English, 80% was Japanese as I remember.
The atmosphere was pretty good, and they made me feel comfortable.
But noticed me content moderator is really hard.
