After initial HR phone screens, I had an interview with the founder, which included situational questions and a SQL test (which, by the way, was done on the best code-test platform I've seen). After that, another situational/experiential interview with one of the company's advisor/mentors (this was the one thing that I think could be improved in the process: the difference between advisor, mentor, and supervisor was not clear).

I've been through dozens in the last year, and have led a few as a hiring manager and this was by far the most organized. There was a screener with a tech recruiter, a SQL test, a performance task, and a final interview with a mentor. The process was clear and very fast. Everything was done within 2 weeks.

Lots of SQL, especially understanding something deeply enough to explain it to a non-technical audience. It's a smart way to approach technical tests. - if you have deep conceptual knowledge, you can explain it to a layperson.
The interview process was laid out in detail and shared right from the start. Each of the three interviews where scheduled quickly from one to the next. Each interview’s expectations were described beforehand and actual interviews were remote. I used Zoom but was given an option to use alternative meeting tools.
