i got a call from recruiter 3 days after i applied online. He arranged a telephonic round that lasted for 30-45 min. The interviewer asked me few questions on verilog, power consumption in mos circuits. After which he arranged the on site interview in next week with 5-6 people. Few questions on analog and digital design and related to my graduate projects were asked.

I was contacted by a consultancy in Delhi, I got my telephonic discussion after 1 week of forwarding my resume. After finishing the telephonic interview I got the call to fix the skype interview as I was located in hyderabad and the opening were in noida location.
I gave the skype interview date after 5 days. There were 2 rounds of skype interview which lasted for around 2 hours. Then on the same day I got the call for HR discussion and they draw the offer within 1 week after hr discussion.

Telephonic interview was about basic PD flow as this opening was for PD A.E. The interviewer asked few basic questions on CTS and few questions on si and crosstalk.
The skype interview was quite good, the interviewers were technically very strong, and questions asked were not straight forward. Most of the questions were on CTS in the end he asked a very nice puzzle to test my reasoning.
