Telephonic, Person called over phone and discussed details of the work experience. Interview held in evening time. Good to attend after work hours. Interview was around 45 mins long discussion. At last he told that HR will contact but no contact.

There was a technical written test and two rounds of interview. The technical test consisted of questions on basic aptitude, programming skills, analytical and logical questions. The interview was focuse on current project, knowledge of telecom domain etc. At the end there was a HR discussion which had behavioural situational questions, reason for change, motivation to join, family background etc.
