The interview process was simple, Asked different scenerio questions about how you deal with stressful situations along with dealing with students with disabilities. The interview also involved taking a drug test along with a criminal background check.

Very relaxed and enjoyable. The interviewer was informed and experienced. The questions were insightful and open-ended, leading to additional questions. The position required an approach to alternative education and I was unsure if I was the right candidate for the job. The interviewer seemed to expect my concerns and took the time to explain the underlying philosophy behind the approach the company had chosen to apply. The interviewer certainly went above and beyond as a representative of Catapult Education.
