I would not recommend working here. On the interview, I was told that I would be receiving an offer letter by email. I never received it, so I called the person manager that I had the interview with and she told me that the position was filled and that she was going to call me. I find this to be very deceiving and very very, poor hiring practices. It was a total waste of time. If I hadn't called her, I would have never known this If you are not going to hire someone, do not tell them you are going to send them an offer letter and having them think that they got the job.

There was no interview process at the store I'm employed with. No one talked to me just instructed me to fill out the application and about two days later I was on the schedule. I wish they would have interview me then I would have been able to see that management didn't give a crap about anyone but themselves and that you have no future outside of Checkers.

Short and non specific to job duties. Manager was more interested in discussing her personal relationships with employees. She did not discuss salary or benefits. The interview was held at the restaurant in the "office" area where there is no seating. Most of the interview was spent with the hiring manager texting.
