I got a call and did a phone screening with someone at HR without knowing beforehand that I would be doing one. I then do an online video interview where I am asked questions and record my answers. I thought that was the last interview stage and I had more questions about the role and the company, so I asked someone at HR more follow up questions. It turned out there was another interview stage with the hiring manager. I wished each part of the interview stage was clearly communicated at the very beginning. A week later, I get an email reply saying that my application will not be moving forward.

This company wasted HOURS of my time. Interviewed me 4 or 5 separate times, and then completely ghosted. Never heard a peep back. Not an "F you", not a "We went with someone else", NOTHING.
