I had a 2 phone interviews and was told that of all candidates I had the best interview. Then I was not contacted again afterwards. I have no idea what happened of why communication stopped
A recruiter calls to set up the interview. The interview is in person, but still a small group to discuss. They explain the position well. Recruiter calls with the offer.
