Two Phone interviews one with HR, another with a operations manager. On site consisted of 3 1 - hour plus interviews with groups of 2 to 3 people, ending with a 15 minute presentation. I thought it was overly micromanaged for a middle management position, felt like I was interviewing for an Executive level job. Very detailed questions about every aspect of my current position, not much interest in my older more relevant experience. Felt like they were looking for deficencies that would count against me, rather than skills that could help them. Got the impression that they were "kicking the tires", not compelled to to hire anyone for the position applied for. The Vibe was not great, did not get the feeling of an energetic growing place, and employees let it out during the interviews that there was some dysfunction at the upper ranks. I gave a difficult rating as it was a long day from 9am-12:40pm answering questions in multiple interviews and finishing with a presentation, I did feel spent at the end of it.
