I applied to a well crafted online posting for them headhunting for Nautilus Equipment. It was a bit deceptive, as I could have found the Nautilus posting myself, but went ahead, as a phone interview was requested. Phone interview with Edrie went well from a skills standpoint. I knew my skills were a perfect fit, so I asked about my one concern, which was the amount of travel to China. She was supposed to check with Nautilus. No reply at all! It's clear they wanted a 1-5 year low wage engineer that they could grind. If that is what you want, then state it (she even said the ad was written to try and drive lots of traffic, and then she would clarify on the phone). Unprofessional and a waste of time.
