Ik heb via een recruiter gesolliciteerd. De procedure duurde 1 week. Ik heb gesolliciteerd bij CompuCom (Bellevue, WA) in jul 2015
Sollicitatiegesprek
It was a formal interview with three employees. It took 1/2 day to complete the interview. I was surprised on how informal the work situation was after a professional interview process.

The interview itself wasn't that all unusual. Met with two different people in the finance department and felt I had two productive conversations. I followed with the HR recruiter who first reached out to me to express my interest in the job a week later. They said were still evaluating things and would get back to me. They never did.
Now that part isn't all that uncommon but what is strange is that on job board postings it seems like everytime I look at they're always posting the same position title as the one I interviewed for. I haven't checked to see if it's the same job description each time but still it's a head scratcher. Do they just continuously interview people hoping to one day say "A ha we've found the perfect person?" Overall the vibe of the company I get, both given this and looking back in retrospect, is it's a very strange company.
If you're out of working and can get an interview go for it what do you have to lose? But if you're already employed with a limited window of companies you can interview with you may want to consider what I've said here and whether you want to invest your limited time into a company that considers its interview process the equivalent of candidate window shopping.
