      Ik heb online gesolliciteerd. De procedure duurde 2 weken. Ik heb gesolliciteerd bij Computer Aided Technology

      CATI was a very poor interview experience. To start - This general "Order Management Associate" role would contain 4 interviews which (in my opinion) is very excessive for a CSR focused type of role. They explained the process would include an initial screening, a manager interview, a peer interview, and a COO interview at the end. Excessive, but I went along. So after the initial phone screen where the recruiter expressed interest, she had me take a series of tests called WONSCORE. This was actually not disclosed when I initially asked about steps in their process but I went along with it and took the 45 minute series of tests for them. Thought I did fine on it but apparently not. Had not heard anything back (radio silence now despite me completing this right away - this would soon become a characteristic from them) so I messaged recruiter and she told me hiring team was busy that week and she would get back with me soon. Okay, sure. The next week I get an auto reject reply from her telling me thank you for applying but sorry we are not interested. I simply asked her for a little more feedback and if it was a certain part of the WONSCORE test that caused me to fail in moving forward so I know what happened - because prior to that she expressed interest in moving me on to the manager. But instead she and another associate simply ghosted me. Very unprofessional. I can accept not moving forward if they didn't like something about my tests (again not disclosed when I first asked about their process) but to simply ghost me when I ask for a little more context is unprofessional to the time I spent for them and is the very reason they are now getting a negative review. I felt a clear lack of respect. If you can't go into more detail fine, I could have accepted that but don't ignore me. My advice for them would be to show a little more respect to the people who take the time to apply to their company and learn about the company and to not ghost them when they ask for a little bit of feedback in a constructive way. My other advice would be to simplify the interview process because 4 interviews plus an undisclosed personality test is very excessive for a CSR type of role compared to what I have seen in the industry. This was a very poor experience for me.

      CATI has a thorough interview process to ensure we match the best talent to work closely with our customers, vendors, teammates and managers. A part of this process is the WONSCORE pre-employment assessment which is discussed during the initial phone interview. When a decision is made on the candidate sometimes we don’t have a more specific reason to convey that we are not moving forward in the interview process, other than we have another candidate that was further in the interview process or otherwise a closer fit to our current hiring needs. Our recruiting team sends the emails to candidates not selected to move forward in the process. CATI wishes you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
