Horrible organization. Wastes your time. Leads you on. Blows you off. No transparency on salary. No transparency on a response deadline. Multiple interviews, talked about salary. Deliberately low balled. Two month hiring process. Extremely slow. Rescinded offer because I asked for a deadline and was given no transparent answer. They claimed their reason is because I took too long when the recruiter picked a date that we both agreed on. Most of the postings for the job openings of dsc positions they take off the job board because I’ve they don’t even end up hiring anyone for those positions. They’re just looking to meet candidates. The recruiter will set you up for failure. They’ll make the hiring process so rigorous only to call it an entry level position with an entry level salary. Red flags from the start to the finish.

Yes I got an offer.. but they rescinded it. Then they asked me to write them a letter explaining why I requested “extra time” when I never even did. The recruiter picked the response date after I asked for a deadline.

Terrible experience. Four interviews full day ride along online assessment screening call with the recruiter, later tells me they’re not hiring, then calls me back to say they are hiring a month later. Took them two months to make a decision. They wanted me for a fourth call as if three interviews a full day ride along and an online assessment were not enough. They start guilt tripping me saying it’s gonna cost $10,000 to train me and they ask me if I see myself doing this as if I haven’t already proved enough. Not to mention in the fourth call, they still didn’t wanna give me an answer, and they kept sending mixed signals until the recruiter finally calls me. Then I get deliberately lowball by $15,000 after multiple rounds of interviews I asked for a deadline on one to respond. They give me an offer then my offer gets rescinded because apparently I took too long when we agreed on a date after I asked for the job back, they wanted me to send them a letter explaining the reason reasons why I requested more time when in reality I asked for a deadline. Begged them for a second chance, and they never wanted to give it. Stay away from this company, especially the northeast Danvers territory. Do not trust the recruiter do not trust the hiring managers. Hiring manager also says the sales people make more money than him when he’s a national account executive. I don’t believe that.
