40 minute interview that consisted of 30 some questions if I remember correctly. When you arrive at the place you will have to contact someone to open the door for you at the entrance since security is pretty tight. Once your in you have to sign in on a piece of paper and wait till your called. After they call you you will be taken to a small meeting room where they will immediately begin the interview. From my experience there was only 1 person that interviewed me.

Nothing difficult. They want to get to you know you and how you function in a laboratory environment, Key note as well, do a little research about the company and the type of laboratory tests that they conduct. I interviewed in a meeting room with just the supervisor and was asked 40 + questions. Don't know if anything has changed but this was 3 years ago.
