I have applied for devops engineer then HR scheduled first round as telephonic next day i got call from panel and he only asked me about My roles and responsibilities and asked only asked two basic commands of linus this is all about first round. Now lets talk about second round after few days i gone through with the round and panel was very slow and didn’t ask too many questions on docker and cicd also didn’t ask any questions related to any other devops stacks and whatever he asked me I answered mos of them. Now after one day i asked to HR for feedback and she said you have low ratings in devops. So ma’am my question is for you that Ma'am did you ask your panal that what he asked to me related to devops and docker and cicd. Also there was no proper devops question in that call even your panel did not have time to ask the questions. So I would suggest please ask ur panel to get some time for interview so that candidate can have some kind of satisfaction that he or she went through some core devops interview. Pathetic interview process. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Gave the first round and cleared it. Even after a great interview in the second round, the company rejected the profile and did not have any reason. First they had setup an interview with a person of different profile who of course did not have any knowledge of Devops and I was rejected. When informed the HR about wrong panelist they setup another round which was really very good and the interviewer was impressed but when I got the feedback, it was negative. It is pretty clear now that the company did this to save the company's reputation since the first wrong panelist had rejected my profile.
The conclusion is do not interview here otherwise you will be really disappointed.
