After I applied and sent in my application, I was emailed to schedule a 20 minute phone interview with a recruiter a week later, so I did that. Had my phone interview in the morning, the recruiter really wanted me to come in for stage 2 for an in-person interview that same day, even when I said another day that would be better for me to come in but I could tell they wanted me so I said yes. I was emailed the address where to go, but when I got there my maps app led me to the wrong building, and I was nearly 10 minutes late to my interview because I could not find the right building nor suite to go to. I believe this is the reason why I did not get the job.
