Three part interview process, phone interview 2X's then an in depth presentation which tested ability to improvise, innovate, and orally present ideas in a short amount of time. Very unique interview, however, I enjoyed the break from the monotony of usual interview process'. Overall, I had a very pleasant time during my interview.
