Was great interviewed with a very nice representative and the process is only 10 minutes. You just have to listen take your time when answering questions. Be on time speak clearly

Took phase assessments. Also had to run a test on computer to meet operating system requirements. Recruiter screened over the phone asking basic questions to test my ability to provide communication and customer service skills.
