The interview process can be long. You begin by getting a phone call from their "HR" person. She asks you to apply on the website if you haven't already and she tells you to apply for all positions you are interested in. You then have a phone interview with one of the owners. Next is fit interview where you meet with one of the owners in person and he determines if you will "fit in" at the company. Next you interview with an owner again for a technical interview. Finally, if necessary there can be an additional interview. Then you wait....
