Very good! They took their time and not rush the meeting. They started on time and gave me options for interview times as well. I was able to see them clearly on zoom and they provided information on how to get back in touch with them.

I am very disappointed with my interview experience with this organization. I initially thought they were highly respected, but this process has completely changed my view. The process began with a screening call, followed by an almost 4-hour interview where I presented my portfolio and shared my personal and professional background. They also requested my references. After the interview, they went silent for two weeks. I had to reach out to inquire about my status. After contacting them, to inquire about my status, they replied with a contradictory email stating that they were "impressed with my accomplishments and achievements" but "After careful consideration, we have decided not to move forward with your candidacy. We were genuinely impressed by your experience and the passion you demonstrated for the position and our mission. I hope you will consider applying for future opportunities with us, as we would love to keep in touch and see where your career journey takes you." A quick email notifying me that I was no longer being considered would have sufficed, rather than wasting my time and leaving me in the dark. I would never reapply to an organization with such dismissiveness towards their candidates.
