Overall, it was a positive experience. From the start, the interview process was well-organized. I received clear instructions about the interview structure and expectations, which helped me prepare effectively. I left the interview feeling positive about the company and the role. The interviewers were engaging and seemed genuinely interested in my responses, and the work environment sounded supportive and collaborative. I also liked how they took time to discuss potential career growth opportunities within the company, which is important to me.

One ~45 minute interview that was virtual. There was a small interview panel that asked 5-7 very technical questions pertaining to the position I applied for. They asked for my references via email after the interview. I heard back with an unofficial offer roughly 4 weeks after the interview, with an official offer a few weeks after that.
