The process was really straight forward. I responded to a job posting on CB and got a response a few days later. We had a 10 minute phone call and I was invited to come into the office. Upon arrival, I was in and out in 25 minutes and we discussed my expectations and requirements. Additionally, I was told how they rotate their candidate talent pool. The "interview" is more of a "get to know you" session.

I was an employee referral to Creative Circle. I immediately was assigned a recruiter, and met with her. She was very positive and cheerful. She asked me a number of questions about my experience and skills to complete my "profile." It was not an interview for any specific job, just to be "registered."
